Terms of Service

When referring to "Service" here it means the service of the forums of pascal-programming.info provided to you. The forums are frequently monitored so that no illegal act from those specified below is broken.

In the forums you are expected to post topis regarding pascal programming, programming techniques and skills and any other topic that is strictly required to reflect programming benefit to everyone.

You agree to our act of deleting any topic posts and replies that has nothing to do with programming and is completely irrelevant to what it is intended to be discussed. Moreover, if it is noticed that if anyone is, in a repeated manner, posting topics/replying to messages that appears to be completely irrelevant to the subject or in anyway disturbing, the user committing this act is deleted from our database, having its account terminated and is not allowed to make use of the forum anymore ie. the email address is recorded as to prevent the user from registering again. The act of deviancy is not welcomed in the forums and should this happen, the person committing deviancy is rejected from forum use without any hope for return.

Under no circumstances one should post any topic or reply containing text relating to racism, hate, adult content, bad words and any other content that is absolutley offensive to anyone else. Should any user commits the submission of offensive material may be banned immediatley without any warning. Also no one in the forums has the right to raise a ban over anyone as this is only taken into consideration by administration. The forums welcome anyone and every registered user is considered to be friendly to everyone and he/she should obviously be as so.

Links that promote other forums are not allowed. Other links that are not allowed are those that link to warez, adult content and any other illegal sites. Never reply to a topic by using email. The topic is public and thus, the reply should be open to anyone.

Access to the forums without registration is allowed but topic posting and message reply is not granted ie. Unregistered users are only allowed to read topic posts and replies.

You agree to our act of changing services offered by the forums at any time of day 7 days a week. Changing of services is only performed when it is deemed to be necessary.

The forums may also be halted from use to everyone in case of something goes wrong such as unexpected faults. Should this happen a message will be displayed on the forum page stating when the forum will be accessible again. You also agree to this point just stated.

The Pascal Programming site, especially the forums section, any other site that has to do with this site, company, and the webhosting service provider (www.byethost.com) does not guarantee any liability for anything that is in effect bad for anyone's health.

You are fully responsible to the actions commited by you under your username and password ie. during your logged in session state. You have the obligation to immediately report to [email protected] in case you become aware of or suspect any unexpected account modification or anything that is in effect in breach of security.

We hope that you have understood the terms provided above and you should be aware that on submission, you automatically state that you have understood and agreed to the terms stated above. In case of any misagreement or comment/feedback you like to suggest and you feel that you have something to discuss about regarding the terms provided, kindly use the form provided here, and we gladly appreciate your request for information and respond to your mail as soon as possible.
